We were founded by Paul Marotta in August 1991.  Marotta has practiced for 25 years and has broad experience in the issues faced by growing businesses.

We try to partner with our clients.  When we know you well we are at our most efficient in helping you avoid the land mines and take advantage of the clear paths.  We try to keep our bills reasonable in light of the work we are doing and we won't nickel and dime you for small overhead costs such as telephone calls, facsimiles and photocopying.
